The Store Manager leads all store staff and is accountable for all department operations, with the goal of providing a healthful environment and rewarding experience for our staff and customers.

Responsibilities Include:
Recruit, hire, develop, mentor and motivate staff.
Maintain a primary focus on customer service.
Complete daily ordering and receiving to achieve correct stock levels.
Assist Management team in adjusting product mix, stock levels, and merchandising to achieve revenue goals.
Supervise all store departments to ensure optimal performance levels
Achieve required sales, margin, expense, and labor targets.
Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized working and shopping environment.
Support and participate in employee training programs.
Communicate and report to Store Management Team.
Complete projects and other duties as assigned.
Assign and manage staff to complete daily tasks.
Complete employee schedule and ensure proper staffing levels to achieve an optimal customer service exerience.
Serve as a back up to any and all on the Store Management Team.
Qualifications
Must have at least 2 years of retail supervision experience.
Must have computer skills and be able to operate necessary equipment.
Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
Must have knowledge of dietary supplements, natural and organic foods.
Salary is commensurate with experience. Position Type: Full Time/Salary Must be available to work Monday-Saturday 10am-7pm
