Have you tried yoga @  World of Nutrition?  Classes are twice a week, on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6-7pm. WON has all the props that you need for the class including mats but feel free to bring your personal mat if you have one. 

These classes will be focused on the beginner yogi. The classes will support those who are brand new to yoga but will also be appreciated by those who have a practice and want to fine tune some of their postures. During these classes time will be spent breaking down certain poses each week and offering adjustments to help you find a comfortable variation of the pose that works for your body. We understand that we all have different body types and different things going on in our bodies that can make some poses more uncomfortable than others. In these classes you will discover that yoga truly is for EVERY BODY.  Students are encouraged to have fun in the class and to feel free to ask questions when they arise.

Make sure you're ready—with that lean, strong, healthy body, just in time for summer. For this month’s WON Walk/Run we are taking to the streets of downtown Nampa! We have a 2 mile course planned that starts at our store, passes by a lovely Downtown Nampa Community Garden and ends at Flying M Coffee Garage. So, come to downtown Nampa and join WON and fellow WON customers to see how exercising in a group will help change your perspective on living healthy.

Join us Sunday, April 3rd @ 9AM starting at World of Nutrition for a 2 mile walk/run or stroll around downtown Nampa, ending at Flying M Coffee Garage.

Over the past 26 years I have tried just about every diet, fast and health kick there is out there. Most of the time it was in an attempt to lose weight either for a vacation or I would reach a point that I felt so terrible that drinking lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper for 10 days was better than feeling fat and miserable.

As I was approaching my 40th birthday the following July, I made a decision that I did not want to spend the next 40 years (if I would have even lived that long) of my life obese.  Come learn how the owner of World of Nutrition overcame obesity to become the picture of health!
