I (Kris) have spent most of my life interacting with people about their health. During that time I’ve had the opportunity to ask a lot of questions about how people live their lives. Allison and I both have read countless blogs on the X number of things ______ (successful, healthy, happy, etc) people do everyday. Here is our list of ingredients that we think make up a recipe for a healthy life:
We try to do most, if not all of these things each day. We enjoy several walks each day with our dogs, and on Sunday, we like to make time for a beautiful walk on the Nampa Greenbelt. Come join us in accomplishing #13 on the list, Sunday, August 7th @ 9AM. It is a chance to learn more about what we do each day for our health and the health of our dogs. We meet at 1436 S. Edgewater, Nampa. Choose your speed and distance. Walking not only gets you out of the house, but research shows it can get you out of mental ruts and into terrific physical shape!
