If you have ever wanted to add “participate in a commercial photo shoot” to your bucket list, or add “model” to your resume, JOIN US at World of Nutrition on Sunday, May 15, 2016 from 2 - 5 pm.
We are staging a professional photo shoot in our store and want you our customers (men, women, parents, kids and grandparents) to be the FOCUS! The photos taken may be used for the store’s promotions, programs, websites and so on, but will also be available to everyone who participates — at no cost, ever, to anyone involved in the project. In exchange, Hill Street Studios located in Nampa, Idaho will add a small selection of these photos to their commercial portfolio. These roles are NOT PAID positions. Their work can be found in a variety of uses, including advertisements in magazines and on the web, also in textbooks and brochures. If you would like to participate read pdf below and review the Model Release form. The form gives Hill Street Studios permission to photograph an individual, and is proof to that your permission was granted. We will have the forms available at the shoot for you to fill out. We can’t include anyone in our photographs who doesn’t complete the Model Release form. The information requested is only used for internal identification; no personal information is ever attached to the photos that are distributed through their agencies. Individuals under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign for them. After you read the Model Release form, please fill out the contact form entitled: I want to be part of the shoot.
