Thai Peanut Vinaigrette

A tasty vinaigrette, this dressing was inspired by the peanut sauces that often accompany Thai dishes.  Drizzle on a salad or serve as a dip.
​~Makes 4-6 servings
Ingredients:​​
  • 3/4 Cup Vegenaise or Paleo Mayo
  • 1 TBSP Tahini (Sunflower Seed Butter)
  • 1 TBSP Coconut Aminos or Tamari
  • 1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 TBSP Lime or Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 TSP Garlic
  • 1 1/2 TBSP Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 TSP Ginger
  • Stevia to taste (approximately 20 drops)
Instructions:
  1. Whisk ingredients together in a small bowl.
