I know this may come as a shock to some of you, but I haven’t always been truly crazy about my health. I didn’t just wake up and go from being an overweight smoker to pretty much a raw vegan. It was a process! Making my health my #1 priority was the first step in my journey. My daily routine sets the tone for my success and I rarely take cheat days. The thing about cheat days, at lease for me anyway, is they turn into cheat weekends, then a cheat week. I was only cheating my health and myself.
Here is a sampling of just how crazy I am about being healthy and inspiring you all to be healthy too!
