May Letter from Kris & Allison

Happy May, WON Family! Before we moved the store to downtown Nampa we had several goals.  We wanted to become part of the community, to get out, walk around and visit other businesses; and to encourage the citizens of Nampa to be healthy. We encouraged all of you to re-discover downtown Nampa when you come to World of Nutrition.  We asked you to visit our fellow downtown businesses and make a day out of coming to our historic downtown (Flying M, Messenger Pizza, Canyon County Co-op, PreFunk, Blue Belle Java & Juicery to list a few of our favorites).

Of course, those were just a few of our goals. It seems that we are constantly working on some sort of change or some exciting new project and this month is proving to be no different! Last month we unveiled our new, fresh logo, which has been fun and exciting! Now we are on to our next venture that we are so thrilled and proud of...getting WON aka Kris and Allison approved food on a menu right here in downtown Nampa! A brand new restaurant has opened in downtown Nampa called Destination 112, located at 112 13th Ave So (just around the corner from WON). Destination 112 has two WON approved salads, a soup and currently one entrée on their menu. All WON approved items use organic vegetables, grass fed beef, and organic fed, free-range chicken. In addition to the WON approved menu items, some of their meals can be made gluten and grain free including some of their dressings and sauces. This is LIFE CHANGING for us! Destination 112 is currently open for dinner and will begin serving lunch on May 3rd.  We hope the next time you are in downtown Nampa shopping at World of Nutrition you make plans to have lunch or dinner at Destination 112 to try out some of meals with the WON stamp of approval! ~Allison & Kris Wear
